1. Sign up

First you need to create a terracotta.org account by signing up on the site and then let us know that you want write access to the Wiki space named "Open Terracotta Forge".

Then you can log in and create the project proposal.

2. Create the project proposal

  1. Click on the 'Add Page' link located beside each space on the dashboard or at the top of every page in Confluence.
  2. Click on the link 'Select a template page' located above the text-entry box.
  3. Select the 'Project Proposal' template and click 'Next'. This will display the template.
  4. Enter the appropriate values into the form fields and press the 'Insert Variables' button. This will take you to the 'edit' mode of the page where you can make further changes before adding the page.
  5. Change the name for the page to follow the following format: 'Proposal - <project name>'
  6. Press the 'Save' button.

Done.
